he opening day earnings of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone-starrer Pathaan have crossed ₹50 crore, as per various film trade estimates. The movie is now among the biggest Hindi openers of all time and is competing for the top spot with Hrithik Roshan-starrer War, Aamir Khan's Thugs of Hindostan and the Hindi-dub version of Yash's KGF: Chapter 2.

Exhibitors have added 300 shows of 'Pathaan' right after the first show, as per a tweet by Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The total screen count for the movie is now 8,000 screens worldwide. Out of this, 5,500 screens are domestic and 2,500 screens are international. It is the biggest ever release for a Hindi film.

In a historic feat, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has hit it out of the park with the global opening of his latest film Pathaan, grossing a staggering Rs 100 crore plus. The film, which was highly anticipated by fans and critics alike, exceeded expectations in both domestic and international markets.

In India, the film grossed an impressive Rs 67 crore, while overseas markets contributed Rs 35 crore ($4.2 million) to the total. This brings the film's total global opening to a massive Rs 102 crore.
